Mumbai� College of Hotel Management and catering�technology is a non residential college. However, local and out station students are�offered� the choice of living in the accommodations provided by the college or living in private rented accommodation in the vicinity of college.
Accommodation is more readily available in�Mira road than in other suburbs of Mumbai and as such is reasonably priced.

Satara :
- Accommodation charges will be, excluding boarding: 1500/- pm;
- Security deposit: 3000/- Lodging charges (Rs. 1500/-pm) will be leveled for the full year.

Alibaug :
- Accommodation charges including boarding: 1500/- pm;
