COURSE OBJECTIVES

The students will develop knowledge and skills in  Bakery and Confectionery items of  commercial standard and develop technical knowledge and skills for successfully managing commercial Bakery unit.  
 

 
Examination Body : (Maharashtra StateVocational Education Examination Board )

SUBJECTS: 
Bakery- Theory and Practical
Nutrition and Hygiene;
Costing; 
Commodities & Equipment, Maintenance & Services; (EMS) 
Communication skills.
 

Other courses : Bakery and Confectionery

Certificate Course : 3 months,  Eligibility S.S.C. Pass/Fail
Diploma   Course  : 6 months, and  12 months,    
Eligibility : S.S.C. Pass/Fail
Age Bar : No age limit.
Timings: 3 days a week practical.

Admission  will   be  on  first  come  first  serve basis. Admission will be granted on the basis of personal interview. The institute has an open intake policy where by students could enroll at anytime through out the year.

Industrial Training : 2 to 3 months internship in the industry (only for 6/12 months duration courses)

Job Opportunities : Can work at hotels, cruise liners, catering companies, flight kitchens, malls etc.
