Mumbai  College of Hotel Management and catering  technology  is a  non  residential college. However, local and out station students are  offered  the choice of living in the accommodations provided by the college or living in private rented accommodation in the vicinity of college. Accommodation is more readily available in  Mira road  than in other suburbs of Mumbai and as such is reasonably priced.  

International students coming to Mumbai as  students on the degree/ diploma program are guaranteed accommodation.

Charges for Indian Students-
Mumbai :Accommodation charges including boarding: 3500/- pm; Students are provided with 3 meals/day. Security deposit: 3500/- Lodging charges (Rs. 2000/-pm) will be leveled for the full year. Only limited number of students are admitted on first come first serve basis.

Satara : College Hotel is in the campus it self. Accommodation charges will be, including boarding: 2500/- pm; Students are provided with 3 meals/day. Security deposit: 2500/- Lodging charges (Rs. 1300/-pm) will be leveled for the full year. Only limited number of students are admitted on first come first serve basis.

Alibaug :Accommodation charges including boarding: 1500/- pm; Students are provided with 3 meals/day. Security deposit: 2000/- Lodging charges (Rs. 500/-pm) or less will be leveled for the full year. Only limited number of students are admitted on first come first serve basis.
